De La Ley 10ª De 1972 Se Otorgarán Por Los Patronos O Empresas A Favor De Los Familiares Que Las Hayan Venido Disfrutando, O Que Hubieran Disfrutado De Ese Derecho, Antes De Que El Respectivo Trabajador Hubiese Sido Pensionado Y En La Misma Forma En Que De Dichos Patronos O Empresas Las Tengan Establecidas O Establezca Para Sus Trabajadores En Su Actividad

Artículo cuarto. Las prestaciones asistenciales de que trata el artículo 6º de la Ley 10ª de 1972 se otorgarán por los patronos o empresas a favor de los familiares que las hayan venido disfrutando, o que hubieran disfrutado de ese derecho, antes de que el respectivo trabajador hubiese sido pensionado y en la misma forma en que de dichos patronos o empresas las tengan establecidas o establezca para sus trabajadores en su actividad.

Parágrafo

Los aportes que deben pagar los beneficiarios tales servicios serán los mismos que se han señalado para el trabajador activo.
