Art. 3.° Quedan adicionados, en los términos de este decreto, el de 20 de octubre de 1868, que arregla el servicio i la contabilidad de las Secretarías de Estado i de sus ajentes delegatarios, en la administracion pasiva de la Hacienda nacional, i el de 10 de diciembre de 1869, que reglamentó el servicio i la contabilidad de las oficinas de manejo de caudales públicos.
