Los consejos dispondrán que los servicios religiosos de los cementerios se presten en armonía las practicas religiosas del país, sin que ello motive des acuerdo con, mandatos legales vigentes al respecto y se reconocerán a favor del Párroco los emolumentos acostumbrados para esos servicios religiosos.
