En ejercicio de las facultades que le confiere la Ley 09 de 1979 y sus Decretos reglamentarios sobre la materia, el Ministro de Salud ejercerá sus funciones de inspección, vigilancia y control a los productos contemplados en el presente Decreto y aplicará las sanciones de acuerdo al Decreto 2092 de 1986 y otras disposiciones sobre la materia, asimilando las situaciones definitivas de estas normas a las provisionales, de que trata el presente Decreto.
