Los aumentos a que se refiere la presente ley no se aplicarán al servicio doméstico ni a los salarios pactados en moneda extranjera. Cuando el salario se pague, parte en moneda extranjera y parte en moneda nacional, el aumento se aplicará únicamente a la parte pactada en moneda nacional. En estos casos del salario en dos (2) monedas, las sobre remuneraciones por trabajo extra o suplementario y las prestaciones sociales se pagarán en la misma forma y proporción en las respectivas monedas como se paga el salario básico.
