Junto con los cuadros destinados a la Junta Seccional del Departamento o de la Intendencia, las Juntas Municipales remitirán todos los boletines del empadronamiento, legajados cuidadosamente por secciones, y acompañarán un informe detallado de sus labores. Estos documentos deben llegar a las Juntas Seccionales a más tardar el 25 de julio, y una vez que estas Juntas los hayan utilizado para sus trabajos, serán pasados al archivo de la Dirección Subalterna de Estadística.
