ADQUISICION DE LICORES. En la administración de las rentas de licores, previa autorización del Gobierno Nacional, las Intendencias y Comisarías podrán producirlos directamente en fábricas oficiales o adquirirlos en fábricas de los Departamentos o de otras Intendencias y Comisarías; también podrán asociarse para su fabricación.
