Si la lesión produce desfiguración facial, deformidad física reparables, o perturbación psíquica transitoria, la pena será de seis meses a cinco años de prisión y multa de cien a dos mil pesos.

Si la desfiguración o la deformidad son permanentes, la pena será de uno a seis años de prisión y la sanción pecuniaria de cien a cuatro mil pesos.
