Presupuesto Para El Siijyp

Decreto 299 de 2010 · por el cual se crea y reglamenta el Sistema de Información Interinstitucional de Justicia y Paz, SIIJYP, y se dictan otras disposiciones.

Presupuesto para el SIIJYP. Cada entidad que compone el SIIJYP deberá asegurar la sostenibilidad presupuestal del mismo, en lo que le corresponda, a partir de la vigencia fiscal 2011; programando la asignación de rubros para tal efecto dentro del marco de la Ley de Presupuesto.

Parágrafo transitorio

Los recursos necesarios para la implementación paulatina del Sistema durante el año 2010, se coordinarán por decisiones del Comité Técnico del SIIJYP, cuyo alojamiento se realizará bajo los estándares definidos por el Gobierno Nacional.
