Esta Junta a partir de la vigencia de la presente ley asumirá directamente las funciones que la ley le otorgó mediante el artículo 34 de la Ley 47 de 1993 , sin ningún requisito previo.
El Secretario de agricultura y pesca departamental hará las veces de Secretario Técnico de la Junta.
