A los comerciantes domiciliados en la Zona de Régimen Aduanero Especial les serán aplicables las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 500 del Decreto 2685 del 28 de diciembre de 1999 por la comisión de las infracciones administrativas allí consagradas.
