º El valor de la Tarjeta Profesional, será de veinte mil pesos ($ 20.000.00) moneda legal y se reajustará anualmente en el porcentaje en que se incremente el salario mínimo. Las fracciones superiores o inferiores a $ 500.00 se aproximarán por exceso o por defecto al múltiplo de $ 1.000.00 más cercano. Cuantía que será consignada por el peticionario en cuenta especial que para el efecto abrirá el Fondo del Ministerio de Educación Nacional.
