Objeto. Las sociedades comisionistas de bolsa podrán, previa autorización de la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia, realizar operaciones de corretaje sobre valores inscritos en el Registro Nacional de Valores y Emisores-RNVE que no estén inscritos en bolsa, siempre que para el efecto den cumplimiento a lo que sobre el particular establece el Código de Comercio.
