Verificadas las reservas en la forma prevista en los artículos anteriores, los contratos y pedidos de los Ministerios y Departamentos Administrativos se tramitarán con sujeción a las disposiciones fiscales vigentes, y sin que sea necesario, para cada uno de ellos, la aprobación del Consejo de Ministros, salvo en los casos determinados expresamente por el artículo 2º de la Ley 13 de 1935. Comuníquese y publíquese.
