° El Inspector Fluvial de Girardot incorporará en sus cuentas las de la draga Girardot. y las de las Inspecciones Fluviales del Alto Magdalena, y el Tesorero Recaudador de los impuestos fluviales en Barranquilla continuará enviando. mensualmente, al citado Inspector Fluvial el 20 por 100 del producto líquido de los fondos que recaude, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 2° de la Ley 32 de 1881 y en el Decreto 1606 de 1915.
