Inhabilidades e incompatibilidades. No podrán integrar la terna las personas que por sentencia judicial hayan sido condenadas a la pena accesoria de interdicción de derechos y funciones públicas, esta inhabilidad se extenderá por el mismo término de dicha sanción; ni quienes se encuentren incursos en las inhabilidades e incompatibilidades de ley o también quienes sean funcionarios del Inci.
