Los certificados sobre las deudas fiscales por contribuciones de valorización se extenderán por la totalidad de las cuotas que falten por pagar, sin que sea necesario esperar al vencimiento de la totalidad de tales cuotas, para iniciar el juicio por jurisdicción coactiva.
