º Autorízase a la Dirección General de Aduanas para que en carga homogénea, almacenada en bodegas oficiales, mediante la prestación del registro o licencia de importación y el documento de trasporte, se entregue por acta, previa revisión y aforo con intervención de la Auditoría Fiscal el 50% de la totalidad del cargamento, quedando el 50% restante en bodega para garantizar el pago de los derechos de aduanas y tramitar la nacionalización de la mercancía dentro del término de treinta (30) días.
