Desde el viernes 28 de mayo hasta el lunes 31 de mayo de 2010, primera vuelta, y desde el viernes 18 de junio hasta el lunes 21 de junio de 2010, segunda vuelta, si fuere el caso, los servicios de telecomunicaciones darán prelación a los mensajes emitidos por las autoridades electorales.
