Las cooperativas de vivienda que tengan por objeto organizar y desarrollar conjuntos habitacionales de propiedad cooperativa, y en las cuales los asociados sean simultáneamente aportadores y usuarios del conjunto habitacional, podrán limitar la asociación al número de unidades de vivienda que contemple el programa.
