Empleados. Los encargados de conceder permisos y vigilar las explotaciones podrán permitir el pastoreo en los bosques nacionales, previo arreglo del pago de las cuotas que se fijen por cada animal por el consejo municipal respectivo y que se aplican a los fondos municipales.
