Para los efectos de garantizar a los trabajadores beneficiarios el reconocimiento de asignaciones monetarias equivalentes, y para evitar que se concentre en algunas Cajas la afiliación de los empleadores que a partir de esta ley queden obligados al pago del Subsidio Familiar, la autoridad competente de la Superintendencia del Subsidio Familiar, previo el debido estudio estadístico-financiero, señalará a cada Caja el número de aportantes que necesariamente deberá admitir como afiliados.
