Revócase el nombramiento hecho por esta Corporación en el Sr. General Eliseo Payán, para Vicepresidente de la República.

En virtud de la falta absoluta de Vicepresidente que este acto produce, declárase vacante el puesto hasta el fin del período, con arreglo al artículo 131 de la Constitución.
