IMPUESTOS SOBRE LA RENTA. Para efectos de impuestos sobre la renta, complementarios, recargos y especiales, solamente constituye renta gravable por concepto de haberes que perciban del Tesoro Público los Oficiales y Suboficiales de la Policía Nacional el sueldo básico respectivo disminuido en el monto del aporte que deben hacer a la Caja de Sueldos de Retiro de la Policía Nacional, sin perjuicio de las demás exenciones y deducciones legales.
