Para la compra de inmuebles destinados a las construcciones de oficinas de correos y telégrafos se requerirá el avaluó verificado por tres peritos nombrados así: uno por el Poder Ejecutivo, otro por el Consejo de Estado y otro por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, nombramientos que las respectivas entidades pueden delegar a los Gobernadores, Tribunales Seccionales Administrativos y Tribunales Superiores, respectivamente.

Parágrafo

Ninguna compra podrá hacerse por suma mayor de la del avaluó de que trata el presente artículo.
