Articulo único. Los artículos alimenticios preparados i sin preparar, que se introduzcan por el puerto de Tumaco para el consumo de los habitantes del Municipio de Barbacoas, estarán libres de los derechos de importacion durante cinco años, contados desde el primero de julio próximo.
