Las empresas de servicios públicos debidamente constituidas y organizadas no requieren permiso para desarrollar su objeto social, pero para poder operar deberán obtener de las autoridades competentes, según sea el caso, las concesiones, permisos y licencias de que tratan los artículos 25 y 26 de esta Ley, según la naturaleza de sus actividades.
