Artículo I. Prorrógase el usos de las estampillas "provisionales" de fabricación nacional, a que se refiere el Decreto numero1373, del 2 de octubre último, mientras llegan las especies postales contratadas últimamente con los señores Perkins, Bacon & Co. Ltda., de Londres, que deben reemplazarlas.
