Parágrafo

al artículo 3 de la Ley 1066 de 2006, el cual quedará así: "

Parágrafo

Durante el término de la emergencia sanitaria declarada por el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, con ocasión de la pandemia derivada del Coronavirus COVID- 19, y hasta el mes siguiente calendario a su terminación, no se causarán intereses moratorios por las cotizaciones al Sistema General de Seguridad Social Integral, que se paguen en forma extemporánea. Para efectos de lo aquí previsto el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social efectuará las respectivas modificaciones en la Planilla Integrada de Liquidación de Aportes -PILA"
