Las Sociedades de Comercialización Internacional deberán presentar a la Dirección General de Comercio Exterior del Ministerio de Comercio Exterior, dentro de los tres (3) primeros meses del año calendario siguiente y en la forma que dicha Dirección establezca por vía general, un informe anual de compras y exportaciones de la sociedad, debidamente suscrito por el representante legal y el revisor fiscal.
