Para la autorización ejecutiva y aprobación de los estatutos, el Gerente provisional presentará al Ministerio de Industrias el acta de la constitución y los estatutos, una lista de los socos con indicación de su nacionalidad, domicilio y profesión, y la prueba de haberse suscrito integralmente el capital inicial y haberse depositado en dinero la quinta parte, siendo de advertir que la ley no exige determinada cantidad para el capital inicial.
