ARTICULO 8° Actualización de los Manuales Específicos de Funciones y Requisitos. Los organismos a que se refiere el presente Decreto deberán mantener actualizado el Manual Específico de Funciones y Requisitos, de conformidad con las normas técnicas que expidan el Ministerio de Salud y el Departamento Administrativo del Servicio Civil.
