Confiérese el grado de Subteniente a los siguientes Alféreces que han terminado satisfactoriamente los estudios reglamentarios en la Escuela Militar, e inscríbaseles en el Escalafón de Oficiales de Guerra.: Luis A. Florez, Luis Perdomo, Hernán Quijano, Aurelio Linero, Luis Bustamante, Eduardo Castro, Luis Matamoros, Manuel Sicard Marcelino Restrepo, Alberto Caicedo, José Ignacio Ortiz, Rafael Vanegas, Jorge Peñarredonda, Sebastián Tobar, Roque Ogliastni, Carlos Durán, Emiliano Posada y Jesús A. Vega. Comuníquese y publíquese.
