LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 76. PRIMA DE GASTOS DE REPRESENTACION. Los Oficiales Generales de la Policía Nacional en servicio activo, tienen derecho a una prima mensual de gastos de representación equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del sueldo básico.

Parágrafo

También tienen derecho a esta prima los Oficiales que sin ser Generales desempeñen el cargo deComandante de Departamento de Policía y Director de la Escuela de Cadetes de Policía "General Santander". El personal a que se refiere este parágrafo no tendrá derecho al cómputo de los gastos de representación en la asignación de retiro o pensión y demás prestaciones sociales.
