ARTICULO 3 º Para los efectos del presente Decreto las actividades de la Gente de Mar se identifican así
Del transporte comercial marítimo.
De la pesca comercial, tanto industrial como artesanal.
De las actividades de recreo.
Las correspondientes a la investigación científica, la exploración y la explotación de los recursos del mar.
Remolque y salvataje.
Las actividades deportivas marítimas.
