º. Las pistas de aterrizaje o aeropuertos privados que se utilicen para cometer alguna de las infracciones de que tratan los numerales 1º, 2º y 3º del literal c) del artículo 1º del Decreto 2144 de 1978, serán destruidos o inutilizados, lo cual ordenará el respectivo Gobernador, Intendente o Comisario, en la resolución con que concluya el diligenciamiento policivo.
