Los usuarios de explosivos que infrinjan las normas sobre la materia, estarán incursos en las sanciones establecidas en la Ley 1119 de 2006, el Decreto 2535 de 1993 y el Decreto 334 de 2002 y demás normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
