No se puede hacer adjudicación alguna de baldíos ubicados en un Departamento, Intendencia o Comisaria, a una misma persona, natural o jurídica, directa ni indirectamente, por una extensión mayor de dos mil quinientas (2,500) hectáreas. Si la adjudicación se solicita para la agricultura, no podrá exceder de mil (1,000) hectáreas.
