Artículo Tercero. El incumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo primero de este Decreto, se sancionará con multas de cien a mil pesos ($ 100.00 a $ 1.000.00), que impondrá el respectivo Alcalde Municipal, sin que le pago de dicha multa exonere de la obligación establecida en el presente Decreto. En caso de renuencia en el suministro de dichas listas, el Ministerio de fomento podrá imponer multas sucesivas hasta por mil pesos ($ 1.000.00).
