Cuando el Tesorero cese en sus funciones por cualquiera causa, dejará al corriente y cerrada provisionalmente, por Balance de salida, la cuenta de su manejo. Su sucesor principiará una nueva, habriéndola<sic> en el mismo Diario con los saldos que resulten e la de su antecesor, á fin de que al término del año aparezcan reunidos todos los saldos.
