Las entidades territoriales, las entidades de la Rama Legislativa y Judicial del Poder Público, los bancos inmobiliarios, así como los órganos autónomos e independientes, definirán los procedimientos y condiciones para la transferencia de bienes inmuebles a entidades públicas del orden departamental, distrital o municipal, con el fin de dar cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 41 de la Ley 1537 de 2012.
