Art. 1.° La oficina creada por el artículo 4.° de la Ley 140 del presente año, se denominará Contaduría departamental, y constará de un Contador cuyo nombramiento corresponde al Poder Ejecutivo nacional ; y de un Secretario y un Escribiente-portero, de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Gobernación del Departamento.
