Las formas de retiro que conforme a este estatuto dan derechos a pensión, asignación de retiro o compensación, requieren previamente a la formación de la hija servicios del actor y para tal fin el gobierno concede un plazo de tres meses, durante el cual el interesado disfruta de su renta, primas y demás prerrogativas de actividad.
