Separación absoluta. Cuando el oficial o suboficial de las Fuerzas Militares sea condenado a la pena principal de prisión por la Justicia Penal Militar o por la ordinaria, salvo el caso de condena por delitos culposos, o cuando así lo determine un fallo disciplinario, será separado en forma absoluta de las Fuerzas Militares y no podrá volver a pertenecer a las mismas.
