º Control de inversiones. Las entidades, prestamistas son responsables del control de las inversiones, quienes por tanto están obligadas a vigilar la correcta y oportuna utilización de los créditos otorgados de acuerdo con los objetivos previstos en los proyectos de inversión. La Dirección del Fondo podrá organizar los mecanismos necesarios para asegurarse que el beneficiario del crédito o el intermediario financiero han cumplido con las obligaciones que la ley y el presente Decreto les impone. El control de inversiones no representa ningún costo para los usuarios del crédito.
