Disposiciones estatutarias. El Estatuto del Fodesep se elaborará conforme a los contenidos indicados en el artículo 19 de la Ley 79 de 1988, sujetándose a las disposiciones de la Ley 30 de 1992, del presente Decreto y de las disposiciones legales vigentes relativas a las instituciones de economía solidaria. Ninguna reforma de Estatuto podrá modificar lo consagrado por la Ley 30 de 1992 y el presente Decreto, mientras éstos no sean derogados o sustituidos.
