Artículo segundo . Para demostrar la eficiente productividad dentro de las diligencias administrativas de adquisición de tierras ante el Incora, el propietario deberá presentar copia auténtica de sus declaraciones de renta y anexos, correspondientes a los tres (3) años gravables inmediatamente anteriores a la fecha en que se notifique al propietario la providencia administrativa que ordena adquirir el predio. Cuando se trate de explotaciones pecuarias podrá demostrarse también la eficiente productividad, acreditándose el cumplimiento de las prácticas de explotación y manejo de que trata e! artículo siguiente.
