Art. 13 Cuando en los negocios en que haya lugar a seguimiento de causa se declare no haberle respecto de alguno ó algunos de los sindicados, la consulta se surtirá inmediatamente, remitiendo al superior copia de lo conducente sin suspender el juicio mientras se resuelve la consulta.
