Modifíquese el artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2.10. del Decreto 1082 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Administrativo de Planeación Nacional, el cual quedará así: Artículo 2.2.4.1.2.2.10. Estados Financieros del Sistema General de Regalías. Los Estados Financieros del Sistema General de Regalías registrarán y revelarán la información contable desde el registro de los ingresos hasta el giro de los recursos de la Cuenta Única del Sistema General de Regalías. Cada una de las entidades que participan en las transacciones y hechos económicos relacionados con recursos del Sistema General de Regalías, serán responsables por los registros contables a los que haya lugar.
