ARTICULO 181. Circunstancias de atenuación. Si dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la fuga, el evadido se presentare voluntariamente, las penas previstas en el Artículo 178 se disminuirán hasta en la mitad, sin perjuicio de las sanciones disciplinarias que deban imponérsele. En la misma proporción se disminuirá la pena al partícipe de la fuga que, dentro de los tres meses siguientes a la evasión facilite la captura del fugado o logre su presentación ante autoridad competente.
